Eloquence Communications is a healthcare IT company dedicated to improving the delivery of care through the development of innovative and simple communication solutions. They have two products that enable fast, accurate communication between the patient and the provider best qualified to give the care that’s needed. These two features, the Eloquence Advanced Communication System (ACS) and Eloquence Language Access Solution (LAS), each needed their own animated explainer videos so that Eloquence’s targeted consumer, hospitals and high end care facilities, could see the awesome power of the systems. ACS allows caregivers to communicate with each other discreetly and wirelessly and also allows patients to send specific requests to the most appropriate caregiver. LAS, on the other hand, is the solution for your non-verbal and limited English proficiency patients, allowing them to make requests from over 30 specific patient requests on a simple-to-use bedside touch-screen in their native language.
An animated explainer video was the perfect solution to Eloquence’s need to explain their products. As you can see in the description of the products, these are systems that operate wirelessly and throughout the whole facility. Words and live video would not have been able to depict a message traveling from a patient to the correct caregiver on a different floor. Also, animation allowed us to compare Eloquence’s “21st Century” technology with that of the despicable current standard, call lights for calling help and charades to understand a limited English speaking patient.
